Yes, that’s my real name.

I acquired it in 2017, but that’s a story for another day. Hi! I’m Laura Lavender. I’m a goal-chasing, adventure-loving, dog-mom to Zoë Lavender.

I’m also a speaker, coach, and friend to hundreds of college students and recent grads around the world. My background is in personal and career development, and I have a B.A. in Psychology from The George Washington University and an M.Ed. in College Student Development from the University of South Carolina. For the last decade I’ve helped college students and recent grads with career planning, confidence building, dream manifesting, and everything in between.

When you work with me, you’ll hear the phrase “Be Brave” constantly. It’s at the core of what I do because I know that your greatness in college, career, and life exist just beyond your comfort zone. It won’t always be easy, but it makes a huge difference to have someone supporting and guiding you along the way.

Think of me as your coach: I’ll help you identify your goals, provide you with tailored workouts, and pump you up while you train. Then it’s on you to put in the work. Specializing in personal and career development for college students, I provide the advice and skills you need to land your dream job.
